With over 15 years of experience in operations and business management with positions in industries ranging from human dietary supplements to global industrial and environmental services, Brad brings a diverse management experience to MicroSynergies.
Brad grew up in the heart of the midwest, visiting his grandfather's dairy farm on a regularly. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for undergraduate studies and the University of Wisconsin-Madison for graduate studies. From there, he went on to work in business management for several multi-national companies, receiving recognition and awards from the Lubar School of Business, Johnson Controls, CB Richard Ellis, and the Wisconsin School of Business.
Brad now serves as President & CEO of MicroSynergies, focusing on daily operations, strategic projects, organism research, and business strategy.
In his free time, Brad likes to read, fish, swim, bike, run, and work on home construction projects. He lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.

With over 35 years of experience in the agricultural industry with positions ranging from National Sales Manager for large multi-national microbial companies to start-up divisions now turned into proven businesses, Roy brings decades of global human, animal, agricultural, and industrial microbial experience to MicroSynergies, the company he founded over a decade ago.
Roy grew up on a dairy farm in the heart of the midwest and attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. From there, he went on to work for some of the world's most well-known and respected microbial companies, sitting on the scientific committee that decided what would ultimately become the approved Direct-Fed Microbial List of The Official Publication of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO).
Roy now serves as the Chief Technical Director of MicroSynergies, focusing on product formulations, new product frontiers, and organism science and management.
Marketing & Development
With over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, marketer, and sales professional in B2B and B2C categories, Chris's experience is broad. He has expertise in starting, building and selling small businesses. Chris has consulted with Fortune companies, as well as designed university programs for small businesses and corporations. Passionate about innovation and enhancing the customer experience, Chris is a frequent presenter who serves in leadership roles with non-profit groups and professional organizations.
Chris enlisted in the United States Air Force after high school, serving during Desert Storm. After returning from active duty, Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Chris now serves as Vice President of Marketing & Development at MicroSynergies, focusing on daily operations, marketing, sales, strategic projects, and business strategy.
An avid student of leadership and a proponent of personal accountability, Chris is committed to health and fitness and loves traveling. He and his wife Katie spend free time with their twin daughters, are avid runners and bikers, and enjoy touring the countryside on their road bikes every chance they get.

With over 25 years of experience in animal health and nutrition, John has specialized in creating and helping businesses use sustainable biotechnology.
John has developed countless solutions for the environmental, aquaculture, poultry, and swine business units for many multinational corporations and start-up companies. Recently, he has been dedicated to the development of global technologies for the shrimp production industry in Ecuador, Thailand, China and Australia, applying new concepts in larviculture and grow-out, using the microbial heterotrophic technique for intensive 2-3 stage.
John graduated from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil where he spent time in exchange in the U.S. at the University of Kentucky.
John has spoken at several aquaculture congresses. He deeply believes in the power of the beneficial microbes to improve productivity and reduce costs, while transforming the environment into a safer place.
